Rhy nodded hesitantly, "Yeah. I was living with my aunt before that...now I'm living with my parents again." He explained. He realised his social blundering was confusing the other man, and he mentally scoffed at himself. This was becoming ridiculous. Where did Rhy's self-confidence go? Down the drain with his human sensibilities, obviously.
The werecoyote was relieved as the other man, now christened Derek, took his hand into a firm handshake. "It is nice to meet you Derek." He took a step back, pulling his hand free from Derek's, then sneezed into his jumper. His cheeks turned a lovely shade of pink, but he stopped himself from apologising...again.
