Cameron had just finished marking for the day, but school didn't finish for another hour or so. He could be figuring out new ways to win lacrosse games but alas, his mind was wandering. Just like his feet. He walked from the ground floor, his office, up to the first floor and then the second. Soon he was standing right outside Morgan's office door. He could see through the glazed glass, his friend was busy with a student. How long would he have to wait? Cam wanted to talk to Morgan. Morgan could help, he always helped. With what, exactly, he wasn't sure but he helped. Cameron leant onto wall next to the door and slid down to the ground. Even being near Morgan was relaxing him, just knowing he was there on the other side of the wall. Cam put his head in his hands. He was crazy. Morgan Emrys

Morgan smiled kindly at the young student, "I'm sure it will be fine." He reassured her, "Everything will turn out to be perfectly fine. Your best friend just needs support at the moment. Homophobic parents are everyone's worst nightmare, and I can tell you now, she doesn't mean to push you out but just doesn't want to be rejected. Go talk to her." The councillor offered his advice, trying not to seem too anxious to leave.
The girl had started a major fight with her best friend who had apparently been poking at all the girl’s buttons until she snapped. Morgan had delved deeper and asked the real questions to find out why and what truly happened, even if the girls in consideration didn’t know it themselves. He smiled feignedly at her as she began to leave, and shooed her further out by ushering her to the door.
As she left a goofy smile fell into place as he saw his co-worker sitting on the floor just outside. “Coming in Pendraik?” He teased softly, opening his door wider to let the other man in. “I’m running short on time you know. You saw the long line of people waiting outside to see me, didn’t you?” He asked, his eyes twinkling in mirth. He was, of course, joking, as the girl who had just left had been his second person of the day.

Cam bent his head, his arms on his knees. He really was insane for waiting here. He could have been in his office just in case students needed him, or patrolling the halls for stray kids but no. He was sitting there. Outside the Guidance Counselor's office. On the ground. Waiting. Waiting.
Not much time had passed by the time the man he really wanted to see opened to door and let a girl out. Cameron didn't look up. Oh, how the students would talk if she saw how happy he was to see the man. Only when the girl had walked out of earshot and Morgan had begun speaking to him, did he finally look up and grin.
"Oh yes, people are just dying to spill their guts to you, Emrys." He hauled himself up and sauntered into Morgan's office, looking around casually. "They should give you a bigger office. I mean, you do spend six hours a day here." Cameron sat in the visitors chair and wriggled, feeling very formal and rigid facing down Morgan's desk-chair which, Cam noticed, Morgan had yet to sit in.
